Professor Philip Pettit delivered two major invited lectures in the United States during November 2025. On 13 November, he presented the keynote address on Corporate Responsibility at the annual meeting of the Philosophy, Politics and Economics Society of America in New Orleans.

He then delivered the 13th annual UNESCO World Philosophy Day Lecture at Kutztown University in Philadelphia on 20 November, speaking on The What, the Why and the How of Democracy. These engagements highlight Professor Pettit’s enduring impact on political philosophy and democratic theory.
