Andrew Lee is a Research Fellow at ANU’s Centre for Consciousness. He received his PhD from NYU in 2019, and will be starting as an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto in 2023.
His main research project is on the structure of consciousness. His work examines questions about dimensions of consciousness, degrees of consciousness, quality-spaces, continuity vs. discreteness, and which kinds of mathematical tools can be used model conscious experiences. He is also interested in a wide range of other issues across analytic philosophy, including questions about the ethics of consciousness, analog and iconic representation, and infinite sums.
