THIS PROGRAM IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS

Graduate coursework qualifications provide you with specialised knowledge which can give you an advantage in furthering your career. Study at this level enables you to upgrade your qualifications, enrol in professional development courses, change careers or explore one subject at a time.

The program offered at this level in philosophy at the ANU is the Master of Arts in Professional and Applied Ethics. This is a coursework and research program developed by leading international researchers located in the Centre of Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics (CAPPE).

The program is not only a valuable qualification in its own right for those working in government, industry, and the professions, but is also a pathway to a PhD program in Professional and Applied Ethics.
