The newly launched Humanising Machine Intelligence Grand Challenge will be hosting the Third Annual Workshop on Decision Theory and the Future of AI, lead by Associate Professor Seth Lazar, Mario Gunther, Alan Hajek, Yang Liu, Huw Price and Stephen Hartmann.
The event will take place from August 26-27 in the Weston Theatre at the Australian National University from 10am-5:30pm on both days (register at bit.ly/anudai).
The workshop is also coordinated by the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence and the Munich Centre for Mathematical Philosophy. Funding has been generously provided by the School of Philosophy and an RSSS/RSCS Cross-College Grant.
The ANU’s Humanising Machine Intelligence Grand Challenge will also be hosting a workshop on Morality and Machine Intelligence, lead by Associate Professor Seth Lazar and Pamela Robinson.
The workshop will take place from August 22-23 in the Barton Theatre at the Australian National University from 10am-6pm on both days (register at bit.ly/mmianu).
