Neil Sinhababu: Empathic Representation of Pleasure Solves Moral Twin Earth

I argue that moral feelings represent reality as sharing hedonic elements of their phenomenal character, much as empathic feelings can represent others' experiences as sharing their phenomenal character. This provides naturalistic moral realists with a semantics that explains how interplanetary moral disagreement is possible, solving Moral Twin Earth while supporting ethical hedonism.
